Due to possible Listeria contamination, the CFIA has issued a recall for more than 10 brands of beef jelly tongue products sold in various Ontario stores. The recall was triggered by findings by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency during its investigation into a foodborne illness outbreak. Many of the products were served to customers by store clerks, and others were pre-packaged. The Ontario Ministry of Health says four people have been sickened after consuming beef tongue believed to be contaminated with Listeria. The FSIA says it's conducting an investigation that may lead to more products being recalled.@ https://recalls-rappels.canada.ca/en/alert-recall/various-brands-beef-jelly-tongue-products-recalled-due-listeria-monocytogenes?utm_source=gc-notify&utm_medium=email&utm_content=en&utm_campaign=hc-sc-rsa-22-23
