Update on the Salmonella Outbreak Linked to Charcuterie Meats

On February 15, 2024, the CDC updated the recall of Fratelli Beretta USA, Inc. of ready-to-eat (RTE) meat charcuterie products containing Coppa that may be under processed and contain Salmonella. The products caused 87 illnesses and 18 hospitalizations in 30 states. Coppa and charcuterie meat products containing Coppa were sold nationwide under various brands (Aldi, Beretta, Black Bear, Busseto, Culinary Tour, Dietz, Watson, Lidl, Publix, and Salumi Artigianali). @ https://www.cdc.gov/salmonella/charcuterie-meats-01-24/index.html
