Safeway Fresh Foods recalled Sunnyside Farms organic butternut squash due to E. coli O45

The FDA reported that Safeway Fresh Foods (Vineland, NJ) recalled 32-oz. diced organic butternut squash product due to its potential to be contaminated with Escherichia coli O45. E. coli. The 32-oz. diced Butternut was distributed only to Costco in Washington DC, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this problem.
