Rojo’s Black Bean 6 Layer dip recalled in Canada due to Listeria monocytogenes

The CFIA reported that Simply Fresh Foods LLC recalled black bean 6-layer dip because of potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. The dip was sold in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario, and Quebec under the Rojo's brand, according to a recall notice posted by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. The product was made using cheese recalled by Rizo-López Foods, Inc. in association with an outbreak in the US.
