Making food systems more resilient by utilizing artificial intelligence, big data, and internet of things in food safety early warning

The IFT published a comprehensive review of “Making Food Systems More Resilient to Food Safety Risks by including artificial intelligence, Big Data, and internet of things into food safety early warning and emerging risk identification tools.” This literature review focused on existing and experimental applications of AI, big data, and IoT in developing early warning and emerging risk identification tools and methods used in the food safety domain. There is an ongoing rapid development of systems fed by numerous, real-time, and diverse data with the aim of early warning and identification of emerging food safety risks. AI, IoT, and big data hold great potential as tools supporting efficient and effective food safety management by the public and private sectors in nations across the globe. @ https://ift.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/1541-4337.13296
