Lyons Magnus expands its recall to include additional Nutritional and Beverage Products due to microbial contamination

The FDA reported that Lyons Magnus LLC announced on August 10, 2022, that the Company is expanding its July 28, 2022, voluntary recall of nutritional and beverage products to include additional brands and code dates. The products are recalled due to the potential for microbial contamination, including from Cronobacter sakazakii and Clostridium botulinum. Root cause analysis indicates that the products did not meet commercial sterility specifications. The nutritional and beverage products are packed in various formats under many different brand names. Some products were distributed nationally, while some products were limited in scope. Products included in the recall were distributed starting in April 2021. @ https://www.fda.gov/safety/recalls-market-withdrawals-safety-alerts/lyons-magnus-expands-voluntary-recall-include-additional-nutritional-and-beverage-products-due#:~:text=for%20Microbial%20Contamination-,Lyons%20Magnus%20Expands%20Voluntary%20Recall%20to%20Include%20Additional%20Nutritional%20and,announcement%20as%20a%20public%20service
