International Golden Foods, recalls Tahini due to Salmonella contamination

The FDA reported that International Golden Foods, Inc (IGF) of Bensenville, IL recalls Al kanater brand tahini because it can be contaminated with Salmonella. The product was distributed nationwide and is sold in 16 Oz. jars. The jars are labeled “Al kanater. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with the Al Kanater Brand Tahini.
