In the UK, the FSA reported that Könecke Sp. Z.o.o., a Slubice (Poland establishment), recalled Yayla Sucuk Sausage from the British marketplace due to suspected Shiga Toxin-producing E. Coli (“STEC”) contamination that was found in the product. Könecke Sp. Yayla Sucuk Meat Sausage was sold in 200 gram packages with a batch/lot code of 10865984 and a best-before date code of 14 January 2024, 26 January 2024, 23 February 2024, or 01 March 2024.@ https://www.food.gov.uk/news-alerts/alert/fsa-prin-04-2024
