The Ministry for Primary Industries in New Zealand has announced a recall of two sprout products due to possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. The products are Southern Alp Sprouts brand Alfalfa & Onion Sprouts (120 g) and Pams brand Onion Sprouts Combo (120 g). The products were sold at supermarkets and retailers throughout New Zealand, including Four Square, New World, and Pak'n Save supermarkets in the South Island. The products have not been exported. There have been no reports of illness.
