In Montreal, norovirus was found in various pastries prepared and sold by Ange bakeries

In Montreal, MAPAQ, in collaboration with the City of Montreal's Food Inspection Division, is advising the public not to consume "RASPBERRY TART", "RASPBERRY TARTLET", and "Danish with raspberries. The product was recalled because it may contain norovirus in various pastries prepared and sold at Boulangerie Ange locations on the Island of Montreal. This warning stems from a Canadian Food Inspection Agency recall of Alasko frozen whole raspberries (IQF) from China, which were distributed to several establishments across Canada. The products were offered for sale in Ange bakeries. The primary cause of this contamination is a broader, cross-country recall issued by the CFIA concerning Alasko brand individually quick frozen (IQF) whole raspberries imported from China. These contaminated raspberries were distributed across Canada and used as ingredients in certain fruit pastries at Ange bakeries. The product may also have been sold online or distributed by community organizations in the region. A clerk dispensed the products, which were packaged in a cardboard box. They were sold refrigerated. Some packages may bear a label indicating "Ange Bakery". The Ministry is issuing this warning as a precautionary measure. Anyone in possession of these products is advised not to consume them. Even if the products show no signs of spoilage or unusual odor, they could be contaminated with norovirus and make those who consume them ill. Common symptoms include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal cramps. Muscle aches, fatigue, fever, chills, and headaches may also occur. People exposed to norovirus typically develop these symptoms within 24 to 48 hours of consuming contaminated food. @ https://www.quebec.ca/nouvelles/actualites/details/mise-en-garde-a-la-population-presence-possible-de-norovirus-dans-diverses-patisseries-preparees-et-vendues-par-les-boulangeries-ange-de-lile-de-montreal-72590
