In Canada, various parfait and yogurt bowls were recalled due to Salmonella

The CFIA published a report on the recall by Loblaw Companies Limited, Metro Ontario Inc., and Sobeys Inc. due to possible Salmonella contamination because these products were made using Quaker Canada granola. Quaker Canada has announced a countrywide voluntary recall of nearly 40 brands of granola bars and Harvest Crunch cereals due to potential salmonella exposure. The affected products were made using granola recalled by Quaker Canada on Thursday and are being sold at Loblaw's and Sobey's chains such as Superstore, Your Independent Grocer, Extra Foods, Wholesale Club, IGA, Safeway, Sobeys, and Thrifty Foods. The recall follows a similar initiative by the Quaker Oats Company in the US and includes various Croque Nature cereals, Chewy and Chewy Dipps bars, yogurt soft bars, and some Cap'n Crunch Treats cereal bars recalled due to Salmonella. There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of these products. @https://recalls-rappels.canada.ca/en/alert-recall/various-parfait-and-yogurt-bowls-recalled-due-salmonella?utm_source=gc-notify&utm_medium=email&utm_content=en&utm_campaign=hc-sc-rsa-22-23
