According to the CFIA, Bright Cheese & Butter Mfg. Company (Bright, Ontario) recalled Unbranded Low-Fat Mozzarella Cheese from the Canadian marketplace due to suspected Listeria monocytogenes. The unbranded Low-Fat Mozzarella Cheese was sold in twenty (20) kilogram containers.
