In Canada, Hải Yến Ocean Swallow frozen shredded Young Coconut was recalled due to Salmonella

The CFIA reported that Ocean Swallow brand Frozen Shredded Young Coconut was recalled due to possible Salmonella contamination. The product was distributed in Alberta, British Columbia and Manitoba. The shredded coconut was imported from Vietnam. Canadian Food Inspection Agency test results triggered this recall.
