In Canada, Charlevoisienne and Joe Smoked Meat Products recalled due to Listeria monocytogenes

The CFIA reported that Charlevoisienne and Joe Smoked Meat products were recalled from the marketplace due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. The three Charlevoisienne recalled are  (i) "Lardons vrac" in 2 kg package, distributed to hotels, restaurants and institutions;  (ii) "Lardons" in 200 g package distributed to retailes and (iii) "Jambon Québécois à l'érable Entier" in 2.5 kg package, This product may have been sold clerk-served or in smaller packages, with or without a label that may not bear the same brand, product name, or lot number. The Joe Smoked Meat product is "Smoked Meat Maigre" in a 400 g package, distributed to retailers. Test results triggered the recall.
