In Canada, Al-Watan Tahini was recalled due to Salmonella

The CFIA reported that customers should throw away Al Watan Tahini due to possible contamination with Salmonella. The Al Watan Tahini is packaged in an 18 Kg package, with a manufacturing date of up to August 2024. Naz’s Falafel House Inc., doing business as Mawasem Trading Inc., the manufacturer of the product, initiated the recall. There have not been any reports of illnesses due to the consumption of the product.
