Hostess Brands expands the recall of Hostess® Raspberry Zingers® due to mold contamination

The FDA announced on its website that Hostess Brands, LLC (“Hostess Brands”), is expanding its voluntary recall of certain Hostess® Raspberry Zingers® because the product may develop mold before the best by date. More batches of Hostess Raspberry Zingers (Multi-Pack fresh), Hostess Raspberry Zingers (Multi-Pack frozen), Hostess Raspberry Zingers (Single-Serve fresh), Hostess Raspberry Zingers (Single-Serve frozen), and Hostess Raspberry Zingers (Single-Serve 3 count case). This recall is in addition to the original products recalled. The products were sold to mass merchandisers, grocery stores, distributors, dollar and discount stores, and convenience stores throughout the United States.
