FSA reported that Waitrose recalled Hot Smoked Rainbow Trout Fillets due to contamination with Listeria monocytogenes

The FSA with Food Standards Scotland (FSS) investigated a recall by Waitrose 2 British Hot Smoked Rainbow Trout Fillets because Listeria monocytogenes had been found in the product. The investigation started in April 2022. Twelve patients were connected to the outbreak between October 2021 and March 2022, three fatalities were connected to the outbreak, and three fatalities were reported in connection with this recall. @ https://www.food.gov.uk/news-alerts/alert/fsa-prin-36-2022
