FSA advised consumers in the UK not to eat several pork scratching products linked to Salmonella outbreak

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) advises consumers not to eat several pork scratching products purchased since February linked to salmonella poisoning. Testing has found a link to 176 reported cases of salmonella poisoning across the UK between September 2020 and August 21, 2021. All the products were manufactured since February at a single factory. The recalled products include some Mr Porky, Jay’s, and The Real Pork Crackling Company products. Many of the sick people were hospitalized, but no death has been reported. @ https://www.food.gov.uk/news-alerts/news/fsa-issues-advice-to-consumers-not-to-eat-several-pork-scratching-products-linked-to-salmonella-poisoning
