Ferrero recalls Kinder® Happy Moments chocolate assortment and Kinder® Mix Chocolate Treats Basket due to Salmonella

The FDA reported that Ferrero U.S.A. (Parsippany, New Jersey)  recalled its Kinder ® Happy Moments Chocolate Assortment and Kinder ® Mix Chocolate Treats basket because the product may be contaminated with Salmonella Typhimurium. Two products were recalled “Kinder Happy Moments Milk Chocolate and Crispy Wafers Assortment” and “Kinder Mix Chocolate Treats Basket.” In the manufacturing facility where the products were manufactured, Salmonella typhimurium was detected.
