Estancia Holdings recalled Tome Corse Sheep Ottavi due to Listeria monocytogenes

The FDA reported that Estancia Holdings (Cumming, GA) recalled one Lot of Tome Corse Sheep Ottavi due to potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination. On June 22, 2023, the French supplier notified Estancia Holdings that a wheel they received may be contaminated with Listeria Monocytogenes. No illnesses have been reported to date. The wheels have an Ottavi dairy label on top and are wrapped in clear plastic. One case from the affected Lot was imported the week of June 9 and sold the same week to a distributor in Portland, Oregon.
