CORE update of May 01, 2024: the CORE list of outbreaks and adverse events includes two activities. A new outbreak advisory was issued for the outbreak of E. coli O157:H7 (ref #1221) linked to recalled organic bulk walnuts. The FDA’s investigation is ongoing.
