Chalo! Brand Paneer Unripened Soft Cheese was recalled in Canada due to bloating

The CFIA reported that Quality Cheese Inc. ( Vaughan, Ontario) recalled Chalo! Branded Paneer Unripened Soft Cheese from the Canadian marketplace due to reported package bloating and possible spoilage due to bacteria. The product was sold in 300 gram packages; affected products with  best-before date codes up to and including 2024 SE 23 (i.e., September 23, 2024) with a UPC of 6 27985 00100 8. The cheese was distributed and sold in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, and Saskatchewan.
