CFIA reported that La Daria Burrata cheese was recalled due to generic E. coli

According to the CFIA, Berchicci Importing (Montréal, Quebec) has recalled La Daris branded Burrata Cheese products from the Canadian marketplace due to suspected generic Escherichia Coli (“E. Coli”) contamination. The recalled products are La Daria branded Burrata in Foglia – Fresh Cheese made with Spun Paste and Cream, sold in 200 gram tubs, and La Daria branded Burrata Classica, sold in 100 gram tubs.
