CFIA recalled Compliments Smoked Beef Pastrami due to Listeria Monocytogenes

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) announced that Lasalle, Quebec-based Levitts Foods Inc. recalled Compliments brand Smoked Beef Pastrami the 175g package from the marketplace due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. The product has been sold in Alberta, Ontario, and Nova Scotia and may have been distributed in other provinces and territories. CFIA test results triggered the recall.
