CFIA announced that Silver Maple frozen all white meat fully cooked diced chicken recalled due to Listeria monocytogenes

According to the CFIA, Erie Meat Products (Mississauga, Ontario) has recalled Silver Maple branded Frozen All White Meat Fully Cooked Diced Chicken products from the Canadian marketplace due to suspected Listeria monocytogenes contamination.  The food recall warning issued on September 10, 2021, has been updated on September 17, 2021, to include additional product information. This additional information was identified during the CFIA food safety investigation. The Silver Maple branded Frozen All White Meat Fully Cooked Diced Chicken was sold in 4.54 kilogram (2 by 2.27 kg) packages.
