Center for Food Safety in Hong Kong urges the public not to consume carrots imported from the US due to the potential presence of STEC E. coil O121. The carrots that were sold in organic whole were manufactured by Grimmway Farms. The products are in two-pound packages, which are under the brands Bunny and LUV. Available for sale since August 23, 2024, from PARKnSHOP, Taste, Fusion and Great supermarkets. As a precautionary measure, the importer stopped selling, removed the affected product from shelves per the CFS's instructions, and initiated a recall. @ https://www.cfs.gov.hk/english/press/20241120_11284.html
