The CFIA reported that due to its test results, Baby Gourmet Foods (Calgary, Alberta) has issued a product recall in Canada for Baby Gourmet Organic Banana Raisin Oatmeal Organic Whole Grain Cereal from all in-store and online retailers nationally. The recall is due to possible Cronobacter spp. contamination. The product is sold in 227 gram packages. There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of this product. The CFIA is conducting a food safety investigation, which may lead to the recall of other products.
