Ararat tahina recall in Canada due to Salmonella was expended

The CFIA reports that Ararat Trading (2002) Corp. (Mississauga, Ontario) is expanding its existing recall of Ararat Tahina Spreads from the Canadian marketplace to include additional geographical distribution information. The Ararat branded Tahina Spreads are sold in 600 gram bottles. The food recall warning issued on 2023-09-24 has been updated to include additional distribution information. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency test results triggered this recall.
