According to the CFIA, Covic International Trading (Richmond, British Columbia) has recalled Unbranded Fresh Enoki Mushrooms from the Canadian marketplace due to suspected Listeria monocytogenes contamination. The recalled product is an unbranded Enoki Mushrooms, packaged in 200 gram plastic vacuum bags with a date code of 25 07 2022. The product has been sold in British Columbia and Manitoba and may have been distributed in other provinces and territories.
