Alexander & Hornung recalled fully cooked pork products due to Listeria Contamination

The USDA/FSIS reported on Dec. 11, 2021that the Alexander & Hornung (St. Clair Shores, Michigan) product recall has been expanded from 234,391 pounds to 2,320,774 pounds, with an expanded list of fully cooked ham and pepperoni products that may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.  The problem was discovered when the company notified FSIS that product sampling reported positive for  Listeria monocytogenes.
