According to the CFIA, Maple Leaf Foods Inc. (Mississauga, Ontario) A & W Chicken Breast Portion Fully Cooked Breaded, Seasoned Boneless, Skinless Fillets were recalled due to undercooking. As a result, the products can be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum, Escherichia Coli (“E. Coli”), Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella and/or Staphylococcus contamination. The A & W products were sold in five (5) kilogram packages with a production date code of 2024-JUN-26, a batch/lot of 4178, an MLF designation of 41087, and a UPC of 63100 41087 2.
