Ripple effect, Ukrop’s Homestyle Foods Announces Recall of cucumber products due to Salmonella

The FDA reported that Ukrop’s Homestyle Foods, LLC (Richmond, VA) announced that it is recalling three of its products in reaction to the Bedner Growers’ recall of cucumbers due to its potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The products are (i) Marinated Cucumber Salad (16 oz), (ii) Marinated Cucumber Salad (36 oz), and (iii) Marinated Cucumber Salad Bulk (5 lb.).
