In Canada, Schalk Mühle brand Organic Austrian Pumpkin Seeds were recalled due to Salmonella

The CFIA reported that Canada Nut (Montreal, Quebec) recalled Schalk Mühle brand Organic Austrian Pumpkin Seeds from the Canadian marketplace due to suspected Salmonella contamination. The Pumpkin Seeds were sold in 25 kilogram bulk containers with a batch/lot of 248964, a best-before date code of 31.10.2026 (i.e., October 31, 2026), and a PO reference of 248964-5001-01. In Canada, organic pumpkin seeds were recalled due to Salmonella

The CFIA says that organic European raw pumpkin seeds from Austria sold in bulk at the Stone Store at 14 Commercial St. in Guelph and the Hope Eco-Farm Store brand organic pumpkin seeds sold in Aylmer were recalled due to potential. Salmonella contamination. The agency says the possibly contaminated products were sold between March 30 and May 7, and between March 21 and May 9, respectively. They were sold in 227 and 454 gram packages. Publix recalled baby pouches due to a high level of lead

Publix Super Markets, Inc. has initiated a recall of GreenWise Pear, Kiwi, Spinach & Pea Baby Food, produced by Bowman Andros LLC and distributed to Publix grocery stores in the company’s eight-state (Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, and Kentucky). The product is sold in 4-ounce plastic pouches and has the potential to be contaminated with elevated levels of lead. There have been no reported cases of illness. Castelli UK Ltd recalls Le Superbe Raclette due to Listeria monocytogenes

The FSA reported that in the UK, Castelli UK Ltd is recalling Le Superbe Raclette Cheese 150g due to the possible presence of Listeria monocytogenes. The Superbe Raclette Swiss cheese was sold only in Tesco supermarkets.
