The recall affects fresh cucumbers, vegetable trays, salad trays, and hummus vegetable platters. The company that makes Yummi Sushi for Kroger has recalled Kroger products made with cucumbers. Kroger stores in the Greater Memphis area, Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Western Kentucky are impacted by the recall. Marinated cucumber salads sold at Kroger locations in Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky have also been impacted by the recall. @
