In the UK, Island Salads recalled Potato and Bacon Salad products due to Listeria monocytogenes

The FSA reported that Island Salads is recalling Potato and Bacon Salad products because they may contain Listeria monocytogenes. The recalled products are Island Salads Potato & Bacon Salad (300g) with a "use by" date of September 25, 2025, and Provence Potato & Bacon Salad (200g) with a "use by" date of September 16, 2025. The recall effect is affecting customers in Northern Ireland, and the following supermarkets are among those impacted: Tesco, Iceland, Lidl, Amazon, and Ocado.@ https://www.food.gov.uk/news-alerts/alert/fsa-prin-42-2025
