In Quebec, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPAQ), in collaboration with the Food Inspection Division of the City of Montreal and the Restaurant Pushap (4777, boulevard des Sources, Pierrefonds (Montreal)), is warning the public not to consume products containing raw pistachios, in all their forms, sold exclusively between April 17 and September 19, 2025, as they could be contaminated by the Salmonella. The warning is part of product recalls issued by the CFIA due to Salmonella outbreak.
