In Canada, the Indian Punjabi Bazaar brand Green Pistachios was recalled due to Salmonella

The CFIA issued another recall as part of its investigation into pistachio products contaminated with Salmonella. The recall was for the Indian Punjabi Bazaar brand green pistachios, which were sold in 200g quantities at Indian Punjabi Bazaar (499 Ray Lawson Blvd., Brampton, Canada). The recall is linked to an ongoing investigation into a foodborne illness outbreak.
