In British Columbia, a recall of Pistachio Kernels was triggered by the CFIA's findings during its ongoing investigation into a foodborne illness outbreak linked to Salmonella. The Pistachio kernels were sold at KabulVan Supermarket (6764 King George Blvd, Surrey, BC). The pistachios were available for sale in variable sizes from March 31, 2025, to August 13, 2025.
