In Canada, Gangrongtai Enoki Mushroom was recalled due to Listeria monocytogenes

In Canada, the CFIA has issued a recall for enoki mushrooms after its testing of the product showed contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. The mushrooms are Gangrongtai brand, however, the name is only provided in Chinese characters on the packaging. The product is packed in a clear plastic with purple letters. The recalled enoki was distributed in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, and Ontario, and potentially other provinces and territories.
