The CFIA reported that Aladdin Foods recalled Lean Ground Beef due to E. coli O103. The recall was initiated following test results that identified the E. coli O103 in the product. The product was sold at Aladdin’s Food ( 9A-611 Wonderland Rd. N, London, Ontario) and is limited to distribution within Ontario, Canada at the retail level. The recalled Lean Ground Beef is packaged in variable size containers. The beef is on a Styrofoam base with clear plastic overwrap.
