Endico Potatoes recalled 2.5lb bags of frozen “Peas And Carrots” and “Mixed Vegetables” due to Listeria monocytogenes

The FDA reported that Endico Potatoes of Mount Vermont, NY, recalled Peas and Carrots, and mixed Vegetables, because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The recalled products were distributed to NY, NJ, PA, CT, MD, DC, and FL through local distributors between 7/18/25 and 8/4/25. The product was packed in frozen 2.5lb clear plastic bags under the Endico label. Peas and carrots: lot 110625, production date 6/11/25, use by date 6/10/27. Mixed vegetables: lot 170625, production date 6/17/25, use by date 6/16/27. No illnesses have been reported to date. The recall was the result of sampling done by the state of Pennsylvania, which revealed that the finished products tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes.
