Core update as of July 31, 2025

The CORE update list of outbreaks and adverse events includes seven postings. The outbreak of Salmonella Oranienburg (ref #1316) linked to an unidentified product, the case count has increased from 22 to 24. The outbreak of Cyclospora cayetanensis (ref #1313) linked to an unidentified product, the case count has been adjusted from 57 to 58. The FDA has reported the outbreak of Salmonella Anatum (ref #1312). A total of 11 people infected with the outbreak strain of Salmonella have been reported from 10 states. The report also includes a link to a Hindi translation of the webpage. The FDA initiated an onsite inspection.
