In the UK, the Curing Barn recalls British Bresaola because of contamination with Listeria monocytogenes

In the UK, the FSA reported that the Curing Barn is recalling 60g packs of British Bresaola due to contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. The affected product has a use-by date of June 10, 2026.   British Bresaola is a premium, air-dried beef charcuterie. It usually uses grass-fed British beef, topside or silverside, and is cured with herbs, spices, and sometimes wine before being air-dried for between three and four months. The FSA recalled the product because Listeria monocytogenes was found in it. @ https://www.food.gov.uk/news-alerts/alert/fsa-prin-15-2026
