MAPAQ, in collaboration with the City of Montreal's Food Inspection Division and the company Le Marché des saveurs du Québec (280 Place du Marché-du-Nord, in Montreal), advises the public not to consume "Grondines" cheese, as it may contain Staphylococcus aureus. The product was sold only at the company location. The product was sold at the service counter and sliced upon request by an attendant. The company has agreed with the Ministry and the City of Montreal's Food Inspection Division to issue this warning as a precautionary measure. Anyone in possession of these products is advised not to consume them.
