The Israeli Ministry of Health, in coordination with the Ministry of Agriculture and Man Teva Milover (Be'erotayim), recalled specific organic free-range eggs due to mold found developing on the inside of the eggs next to the shell. Consumers have been instructed to check their cartons for the following specific details to identify the recalled eggs: The egg brand is Man Teva Milover (Man Hateva Be'erotayim), the product is organic Free-Range Eggs (Size M). The public recall followed consumer complaints about mold inside the eggs. The announcement was made in coordination with the Food Service at the Ministry of Health and the Veterinary Services at the Ministry of Agriculture. Following consumer complaints, it was found that some of the organic eggs coded 001 by the Man Teva company in Barutheim had mold developing on the inside of the egg, next to the shell. Following the finding, the company is calling on consumers who purchased the products not to consume them and to return them. The company is collecting the products from the marketing channels. The call refers to organic free range eggs size M, bearing the barcode 2710004 and the code 001 that appears on the egg.
