In Ireland, a recall of Peklimar Metla Lososiowa and Peklimar Metla Brunszwicka sausages due to Listeria monocytogenes

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) issued an urgent recall specific batches of Peklimar Metka Łososiowa (1.5 kg packs of Peklimar Metka Łososiowa sausage with a best-before date of August 1 and batch code) and Peklimar Metka Brunszwicka sausages  (kiełbasa surowa metka sausages have been also affected, with a best-before date of July 27 ) imported from Poland due to the detection of Listeria monocytogenes. The recall applies to 1.5 kg packs of Peklimar Metka Łososiowa sausage with a best-before date of August 1 and batch code 1R808070707.
