In Canada, Pam Pi Gou 100% Haitian seasoning mix was recalled due to potential Clostridium botulinum

MAPAQ has advised the public not to consume 100% HAITIAN SEASONING, as it has not been prepared and packaged in a way that ensures its safety. This product could promote the growth of Clostridium botulinum. The product was offered for sale until November 7, 2025, in several establishments in the province of Quebec. It was packaged in a Mason-type glass jar and sold refrigerated. In addition to its name, the product label included the phrase PAM PI GOU.
