The CFIA reported that the Kendamil brand Infant formula sold at Costco Wholesale stores across Canada is being recalled due to the presence of cereulide toxin. The product was distributed nationally and online in Canada and sold only at Costco Wholesale locations. The formula is made by the U.K.-based company Kendamil. A recall in another country triggered the recall.
