In Canada, eggs were recalled in multiple provinces due to Salmonella

The CFIA recalled eggs from six different suppliers (Golden Valley, Compliments, Foremost, IGA, No Name, and Western Family eggs) on Saturday (January 18). The recall applies to different packages and sizes of eggs. The recall was initiated after test results revealed the potential presence of Salmonella. The expiry dates for recalled eggs are February 16, February 22, and March 1. The eggs were distributed in British Columbia, Ontario and Manitoba, and "possibly other provinces and territories." The agency initially included Alberta and Saskatchewan, but they've since been removed from the recall notice. There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of these products. The eggs are sold at grocery stores operated by Walmart, Loblaw, Sobeys, and others. No illnesses have been connected to the egg recall. @ https://recalls-rappels.canada.ca/en/alert-recall/certain-brands-shell-eggs-recalled-due-salmonella
