HH Fresh Trading. Recalled TW Enoki Mushrooms 150g due to Listeria monocytogenes

The FDA reported that HH Fresh Trading of Los Angeles, California, recalled 120 cases of Enoki Mushroom 150g due to potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. The enoki mushrooms were distributed to Texas and Florida, where they were shipped to local wholesalers. The product is sold in a plastic 150g bag with the brand name HH Fresh Trading. No illnesses have been reported to date. The recall was initiated due to a notification from the FDA on 5/11/2026, stating that the Florida Health Department lab tested the Enoki on 4/20/2026 and received results on 4/28/2026 indicating that the Enoki tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes.
