The enoki mushrooms were distributed to Texas and Florida, where they were shipped to local wholesalers. The product is sold in a plastic 150g bag with the brand name HH Fresh Trading. No illnesses have been reported to date. The recall was initiated due to a notification from the FDA on 5/11/2026, stating that the Florida Health Department lab tested the Enoki on 4/20/2026 and received results on 4/28/2026 indicating that the Enoki tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes.
